What is a typical day like for you at the company? I worked in the kitchens (all of them) and it's super toxic and people are pretty aggressive and just plain rude. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Don't even get me started with the HR their either, worse than a bad dad joke. Then when you to address this issue with anyone higher than your supervisor than believe me you will face the consequences with said supervisor even though it's supposedly not allowed (retaliation) but it is very much allowed. When you call to let your supervisor know this they simply say okay well carry on, meanwhile the chefs in the kitchen are getting upset with you as well as the waitresses and bussers too, as if you not VERY CLEARLY working alone. No one to cover your breaks so when you come back into you're venue from break you are severely behind and usually you are working a kitchen all by yourself or with co workers who literally disappear the ENTIRE shift. Deal with hostile co workers and broken equipment like dishwashing machines that break down daily and for weeks at a time. The lack of any personal accountability and the managements attitude is that they could care less, they expect you to just deal. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? What is the best part of working at the company?
