instead of checking the issue out if it is true and use it to improve the quality of service or experience, they make a note that you commented or complained and you will be just remembered for that. i've wrote a review very similar to this experience few years back. not even talked to me like female and most of all as a decent human being. it's not you can buy yourself your own meal but it is the principle.for that amount of $ you play, food of all things shouldn't be an issue but in this casino is. it's not even enough to buy yourself a meal. i only play at high limit and starts $100 a hand. to play? it's not like i play penny slots for a minute nor i am just hanging around and asking for superbowl tickets. i basically played atleast $6k+ on 1st night and within 24 hrs. it's like to give food comp will come from his own pockets. entitled white male pit boss 11/20/21 PM said on face shouting brazenly 'that he can't comp for food because i was comped the night before and that i made a comment before that i don't like it here and to bring my business elsewhere'.
you will bleed your nose to ask for food here.
the cage line is almost always long line. Poor customer service and no good experience to speak off. I've been going on and off this casino for almost a decade now.
